The stands will be located in the conference room in the Szczawnica Park Residence building, in the immediate vicinity of the conference room and outdoor exhibition.

NOTE! Companies that have unpaid dues to PSNiT will not be able to take advantage of discounts even if they are members of PSNiT. Additionally, participation in the conference will be possible after paying the arrears and the costs of participation in the upcoming conference. ---

Identifiers and conference materials are issued after confirmation of the conference participation fee.

INFORMATION ON PREPARATION OF TRADE STANDS
Stands can be assembled on Wednesday, 10/16/2024, from 9:00 AM. The hotel has informed us that due to the occupancy of the hall where the stands will be located, it will not be possible to assemble stands on Tuesday, 10/15/2024 in the evening.

Please ensure that the stands are ready on Wednesday, 10/16/2024 no later than 4:30 PM.
The hotel has also set a deadline for the final clearing of stands for Friday, 10/18/2024, by 7:00 PM, as well as large items from the parking lot by 7:00 PM.
The hotel does not have a forklift to unload large items. Trucks and large lorries cannot enter the parking lot. So-called "solos" or smaller trucks that do not have a trailer or semi-trailer, with a uniform construction. The restrictions are caused by the slope of the terrain at the entrance to the parking lot and the small space for maneuvering in the parking lot itself.
