CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION COSTS:

Participation in the conference for PSNiT members - PLN 650
The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops or discussion forums, coffee breaks and lunches during all days of the conference.
NOTE! When registering by 20-09-2024, the price is PLN 600

Participation in the conference for other participants - PLN 750
The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops or discussion forums, coffee breaks and lunches during all days of the conference.
NOTE! When registering by 20-09-2024, the price is PLN 700

DINNER PRICE LIST FOR PSNIT MEMBERS

16.10.2024 dinner - PLN 200 (will be included in the invoice for participation in the conference received from PSNiT)
17.10.2024 banquet dinner - PLN 300 (will be included in the invoice for participation in the conference received from PSNiT)

DINNER PRICE LIST FOR OTHER PARTICIPANTS

16.10.2024 dinner - PLN 230 (will be included in the invoice for participation in the conference received from PSNiT)
17.10.2024 banquet dinner - PLN 360 (will be included in the invoice for participation in the conference received from PSNiT)
NOTE! The costs of dinner on the first day of the conference (16-10-2024) and the banquet dinner (17-10-2024) are not included in the costs of participation in the conference, they are additional options. After their selection, they will be added to the invoice.

The price list does not apply to VIP Guests invited by the organizer.

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation costs:
Conference participants' accommodation is in Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa *****
The price of accommodation includes a buffet breakfast, parking, wifi, VAT, and the possibility of using the swimming pool.
The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Single room price - PLN 500 / per room / per day
Double room price - PLN 530 / per room / per day
Triple room price - PLN 810 / per room / per day

INFORMATION. Each conference participant can additionally choose the option of accommodation/dinner during the conference. By choosing accommodation options in the registration form, you have a guaranteed place and do not have to confirm them again at the hotel. After choosing accommodation, their costs will be added to the invoice for participation in the conference.
The selected dinner on the first day of the conference or the banquet on the second day of the conference will also be included on the invoice from PSNiT.
